You, the GymReps, are the most important people at the GymRep Summer Camp. We know that you come to the Camp to improve yourself and to learn new gymnastics moves, but we also know that you come to the GymRepSummer Camp to make new friends and have lots of fun. In the end, you seek thrills, you wish to live new experiences, all of which are only possible at our camp !

We therefore set everything up in such a way that you can accomplish all these expectations and we make sure that your stay at the GymRepSummer Camp is one that you will never forget!

We wish to emphasize that no pressure is put on the gymnasts at the GymRepSummer Camp, we let them progress at their own pace and according to their abilities



We Are Chameleons!

Who are the G.E. and C.G.?
They're the gym coaches who take care of you and offer a specialized and adapted training throughout your stay at the GymRep Summer Camp. GymRepswill also get to know C.G. (Centre de Gravité or Center of Gravity). They are assistants to the G.E. (Gentil EntraÓneur or Great Coach) and they work on improving their skills as coaches. The ratio of coaches to gymnasts is 1 to 7.

All of our coaches have acquired a great deal of experience in the world of gymnastics. They all hold an advanced certification from the NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program). Most of them also have a university degree in physical education. All the members of this team of
professionals were selected for their abilities to teach you the basic and advanced techniques of gymnastics. They make certain that you advance in a program based on your level of abilitiy.
All of our personnel speak both languages: french and english. We view a stay at the camp as a unique opportunity to learn some french. However, if you require services in english, it will be provided as needed.
We are therefore ready to help you achieve your goals, no matter what your level as a
gymnast is: from beginner to the elite level.
