Detailed schedules regarding the use of gym equipment will be posted on location. Daily activities will be determined one day in advance, depending on weather, before being made available to GymReps.

The athletes have 5 rotations in the morning and 3 rotations in the afternoon of 45 minutes each on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On Wednesdays, athletes have 8 rotations in the afternoon of 30 minutes each. When Saturday demo training the rotations are of 10 minutes duration each from 10 AM.

5:40 pm to 6:30 pm Dinner
7 pm to 8:30 pm Evening activities
8:30 pm to 9:00 pm Preparing for bedtime
9:00 pm Bedtime (Time varies according to age)

10 am to 12 am Training demonstration (Parents are invited to attend)
12:00 am to 1:30 pm Luggage
12 pm to 1:30 pm Selling hot dogs and hamburgers on B.B.Q. for parents and gymnasts.
